Every winter, people complain about how cold it is outside. They walk into your home or office and will tell you that it is cold. Soooo cold, they’ll say. It’s freeeeezing, they might add. As if you didn’t know it’s winter outside. Now, I’m guilty of this myself, believe me. There must be something therapeutic about mouthing the words to others.

While we didn’t quite receive the wallop of snow that we did last year, this winter has presented its own challenges, not the least of which have been the brutally cold, near record-low temperatures.
