South Jersey Shore Fun Guide

Join us as we explore the exciting fall events happening this weekend down the Shore!

We’ve listed the below events from North to South, starting at Long Beach Island and travelling down the coast to the tip of Cape May.

Atlantic City
Saturday October 20-Sunday October 21: Ocean Resort Casino, 10 am
A convention celebrating the art of gaming, featuring tons of video games, board games, cosplay, merchants, musical entertainment, comedy, and ESport tournaments for you to compete in.

Sea Isle City
Halloween Parade and Dance Party
Friday October 19:
45th Street to JFK Boulevard and Landis Avenue, 7-9 pm
The parade features a wide variety of eye-catching costumes, floats, musical entertainment, and mascots. The dance party will immediately follow the parade at Excursion Park.

Saturday October 20:
Excursion Park, 11 am-3 pm
Excursion Park transforms into a hotspot with live German music, face painting, games, food and craft vendors, and moon bounces. Families are invited to take a free hay ride along the beach. There will also be a pie-baking contest to determine who makes the best pie in Sea Isle City.

Good Eats Food Truck Festival
Saturday October 20:
Fox Park, 11 am-6 pm
Shop some of the best retail, craft and snack products from popular local vendors. All participating food trucks will compete for the battle of Good Eats. A local panel of judges will taste and rate a featured dish from each truck in two categories: main course and dessert. Live bands will perform throughout the day.

Cape May
Halloween Parade and Pumpkin Festival
Saturday October 20:
Historic Cold Spring Village, 10 am-4 pm
Ghouls and goblins of all ages are encouraged to show off their costumes either as parade participants or spectators during the event. Visit a haunted house at the Corson Gandy Barn and hop on a fall hay ride through the farm. Families can enjoy pumpkin painting and games throughout the day and a variety of crafters will sell their wares along the Village’s shell-paved lanes.

Halloween Parade and Trick-or-Treat
Sunday October 21:
Washington Street Mall, 12-4 pm
Prior to the parade, trick-or-treating will be from 12-2 pm. The parade route begins at 1:30 pm on Perry Street at and Carpenter Lane, proceeds down Carpenter Lane to Ocean Street, travels down Washington Street and ends at the Emlen Physick Estate.
