Spinach-Parmesan Dip

1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate. Serve with your favorite crackers, vegetables or chips. Makes 4 cups of dip.
