CRAB BALL OR CRAB PIZZA

1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, softened
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white crab meat, drained and separated to remove shells
1 bottle of cocktail sauce
1 box of your favorite crackers

At least 6 hours before serving (best if made night before), mix cream cheese and crab by hand. Blend well. Make into ball shape and refrigerate. Just before serving, put crab ball in center of plate and cover ball with cocktail sauce (save extra sauce and re-coat ball as needed). Surround ball with crackers and insert a knife in ball. For a crab pizza, spread cream cheese on round pizza pan, spread cocktail sauce on top and sprinkle with crab meat. Place crackers in nearby dish.
