DEVILED CRABS

1 1/2 cups crab meat
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp cracker crumbs (6 Ritz crackers)
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp mustard
onions and peppers (optional)
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cracker crumbs and milk. Cook until thick. Remove and add eggs, salt, mustard, onions and peppers. Pack mixture into crab shells or casserole dish and brush with melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
